Oakland Elementary enjoyed another great week of learning and making connections!
Our 4K students explored the important role of community helpers and had a special visit from our principal, assistant principals, and SRO, who shared how they help keep our school safe, support our students and staff, and serve our community.
It was a wonderful opportunity for our youngest learners to see firsthand how many people work together to make Oakland a caring, safe, and supportive place to learn. We love seeing our students make meaningful connections between what they learn in the classroom and the people who make a difference in their everyday lives!
